1. Specification: FFU is a combination of fan and filter, and also known as ‘built-in fan purification filter. FFU is generally installed at the terminal air supply of clean room. The upper part of FFU is fan module while the lower part is filter. According to different air cleanliness classification, the filter of FFU can be divided into HEPA and ULPA. FFU has become the major ventilation system in clean room for its advantage of low cost, simple construction, powerful adaptability and no pollution.

a. Blower Motor: There are alternating-current(AC)and direct current (DC) available.
b. Model Type: The static output power of fan can be separated in to general type and high hydrostatic pressure. The material of tank is made of zinc alloy, stainless steel, aluminum plate.
